Surplus magnets board: terms and rules

1. Terms and disclaimer

This board is a free introduction service. Rami Technics puts buyers and sellers of surplus magnets in touch. It is not a party to any sale.

• Customs and legal compliance. Clearing the goods through customs and meeting all export, import, licence and transport rules under Chinese, European, Turkish and all other applicable laws is the responsibility of the parties. Rami Technics accepts no responsibility for it.
• Rami Technics does not verify listings, quality, quantity, ownership or the identity of users. Every listing is the seller's own statement.
• Rami Technics does not hold money or goods, issues no invoices for the goods, and takes no commission from either side.
• Price, payment, inspection, delivery and warranty are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Rami Technics gives no warranty of any kind and is not liable for losses arising from any deal made through this board.
• Rami Technics may refuse, edit or remove any listing at any time without giving a reason.
• By sending a listing or request you confirm that you are a business, that you are entitled to offer or buy the goods, and that the information is true to your knowledge.

2. What we do and what we do not do

We read each listing, check that it is complete and follows these rules, publish it on the board, and introduce interested parties. We do not negotiate, inspect, test, store, ship, finance or insure the goods. If you want independent testing or export-licence advice, ask us separately; that is a different service.

3. Condition classes

• A: new, sealed, with the manufacturer certificate.
• B: new, opened, checked by the seller.
• C: used, re-magnetized and tested.
• D: used, untested, sold as is. Suitable for education, hobby and non-critical use only.

Choose honestly. A wrong class is a reason for removal.

4. Evidence levels

• Level 1: the seller's statement only.
• Level 2: manufacturer certificate (CoC) or the seller's own measurements.
• Level 3: independent laboratory report (for example Hcj and Br).

Buyers should ask for the evidence level they need and test samples before paying for large lots.

5. What we do not accept

• Scrap, swarf, grinding sludge and other magnet waste. Waste rules apply to these and they are outside this board.
• Listings without size, quantity or country.
• Goods you are not entitled to sell, counterfeit or falsely branded goods.
• Parties or destinations covered by sanctions or export bans.
• Private individuals. The board is for businesses.

6. Sanctions and export control

Both parties must check sanctions lists (EU, US and others that apply to them) and export-control rules before any deal. China requires export licences for some rare-earth magnet items; see our export licence guide. Rare-earth export rules can change at short notice, so check the current position before shipping.

7. Your data

We use the details you send only to run the board and to introduce the parties. Your company name, email and phone are shared only with the other party you asked to contact. We never sell data. See the privacy policy.

8. Questions

• Is it free? Yes, for both sides, with no commission.
• How long until my listing appears? Usually 1 to 2 business days after we read it.
• Can I list a very special size such as 1.22 or 3.98 mm? Yes. Type the exact size in millimetres, decimals allowed.
• How do I remove a listing? Email solution@ramitechnics.com with the listing number.
