Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser when you visit a site. The browser’s local storage similarly keeps information on your device. This policy covers both.
2. Cookies and local storage we use
- Necessary: Our site does not use necessary cookies. To remember your cookie choice, only one record (rt_cookie_consent) is kept in your browser’s local storage; it is not sent to us. It needs no consent.
- Preferences: We do not use any.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4. Cookies for visit statistics are set only if you choose “Accept”.
- Advertising: We do not use any at present. If we do in future, they will be set only with your consent and this policy will be updated.
The table below summarises the analytics cookies that are set with your consent:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells visitors apart and produces statistics | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_53Q1PN5ZCQ | Google Analytics | Keeps session state | Up to 2 years |
3. Managing your cookie choice
A cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can make your choice there and change or withdraw it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. When you choose “Reject” or withdraw your choice, we try to delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. In that case your cookie choice is not remembered and the banner appears on every visit.
Even if you reject, the Google tag loads when the page opens; no cookie is set in that case, but limited technical measurement signals without cookies may be sent to Google. See section 3 of the Privacy Policy for details.
